Yes folks, a few more blocks from me and only 12 more
needed to meet my target of 30.
Can't wait to get all these up on the design wall, play with
placement and begin sewing rows.
There's a bit of mix here, murky colours and two somewhat lighter in colour
with one being definitely bright with that zigzag outer border.
Must hurry now and cut more fabric!!
Maureen
These are amazing Maureen! I will be interested to see how they come together...

So will I Julierose - almost there now.
DeleteI'd love to play with them on the design wall. I think the mix is going to look great. Just keep adding and adding and before you know it, you'll have a big gorgeous quilt! You have a great theme going here.
ReplyDeleteThank you Mary, it is fun placing them on the design wall, just a few more and then I can really get serious!
DeleteThese are absolutely wonderful. What a glorious stash you have to work with!
ReplyDeleteThank you Julie - with no local quilt shop I need to have a good stash on hand and I do order mostly now from the USA shops. Fantastic selection!!
DeleteAhhh....each of these is fetching in and of itself....it will be a treat to see these all together soon!
ReplyDeleteThank you, not fa from the finish line with the blocks.
DeleteYou do have beautiful fabrics in your stash! I love the variation within them all. Your placement of skinny strips will make the quilt so interesting. Sew and show more please!
ReplyDeleteThank you Sujata. I have the finished blocks on the design wall now in order to check that I have a good mix of lights and darks both in the four patch squares and the strips.
