Sujata's Basket

I spent the weekend hand-quilting this. I'm very pleased with the result. Sujata had sent the basket block, along with a scrap exchange last year.



I love using #8 perle cotton and a sashiko needle. Thank you, Sujata!!

  7. IT has been awhile since I did that sort of stitching, and I LOVE IT...it is a great reminder of how neat that looks. AND to get back to basics of Scrappy look quilts..LOVE THEM. NEAT quilt!
